This new beach hut was completed earlier this month and has been put on the market for £200,000
A beach hut has gone on the market for £200,000 - the same price as some houses further along the Welsh coast.
According to estate agents, the bathing hut with its wooden balcony occupies "prime position" among a line of others forming a popular picture postcard view of Abersoch beach in Gwynedd.
Houses in the resort can sell for more than £1m while further along the coast a three bed semi-detached property or two bed detached bungalow fetch £200,000 in Denbighshire.
Beresford Adams' listing says it's a "rare and iconic coastal asset in a highly sought-after location", located near to a slipway, café and yacht club.

Huts aren't allowed to have power supplies, said the agent.
A neighbouring four-year-old hut has also gone one the market, including a changing cubicle, mezzanine storage area and timber balcony.
It's listed at £150,000 or half the cost of an average UK house (£300,000), according to Halifax.
None of the huts are allowed to have power and all offer basic shelter but are mainly used for owners using the beach.
The agent said a couple of the huts went on the market every year and some had been in private ownership for many years.
