A year after welcoming her fourth kid with husband Jason Kelce, Kylie Kelce celebrated being one year postpartum with a special guest on her podcast, “Not Gonna Lie.” Kylie has been open about her experiences as a mother of four, and in the new episode, she shows her appreciation for one of the people who has helped her immensely in this journey.

Kylie Kelce’s 1-year postpartum special episode includes her OB as podcast guest

On the one-year postpartum special episode of her podcast, released on March 26, Kylie Kelce had her OB, Dr. Joan Devine, as a guest. She described Dr. Devine as the person who’s been with her through “all of it, all four Kelce pregnancies, a Super Bowl birth plan.” She also said that her OB was Jason’s fan in the delivery room.

In the clip shared on Instagram, Kelce asks Dr. Devine if she is the first patient to invite her on their podcast. The OB replied that she indeed was. Elsewhere in the podcast episode, the doctor also spoke about how mothers can choose the right OBs for themselves.

Kelce also asked Dr. Devine if she was surprised to see her doing a podcast 48 hours after giving birth to Finnley Anne back in March 2025. Devine said, “You know, not really. I’m just like, ‘Of course, she’s doing that, looking great.’ And you had Finn with… it was your fourth. And so I find moms who have more than one. [With] each one, it gets a little bit like, ‘Hey, this kid just has to come along.'”

When the mother-of-four asked if she did not recommend doing that as a doctor, Dr. Devine said, “I would. I would say, ‘Please do not pressure yourself in doing anything but taking care of that baby and yourself.'” Besides Finnley Anne, Kylie Kelce also shares daughters, Wyatt Elizabeth, Elliotte Ray, and Bennett Llewellyn, with retired NFL player Jason Kelce.
