More "Sweet Caroline," please. Bom, bom, bom.
The Neil Diamond classic foot-stomper is already featured in "Song Sung Blue," which stars Kate Hudson and Hugh Jackman as real-life impersonators Claire and Mike Sardina. But some of the drama's feel-good song scenes had to be cut for time.
Here's your chance to see more of the "Sweet Caroline" moment, which is part of the extras on the digital release.
Hudson, who sang her heart out as Claire, is prominently featured in the scene, showing her singing chops. "Song Sung Blue" is a showcase for the Golden Globe-nominated actress, who hit a high note with her nomination for an Actor's Award (formerly a SAG Award).
Hudson is still very much in the awards race, with Oscar nominations set to be announced next week.

Kate Hudson and Hugh Jackman play a popular Milwaukee Neil Diamond tribute act in the musical drama "Song Sung Blue."Is 'Sweet Caroline' in 'Song Sung Blue'?
The Diamond song "Sweet Caroline," now a worldwide stadium anthem, plays an interesting role in "Song Sung Blue." Mike Sardina (Jackman), the Neil Diamond "interpreter," is almost loath to sing the must-have song in his growing act, bemoaning "Neil Diamond has hundreds of great songs."
But there would have been riots in AMC theaters nationwide if "Sweet Caroline" hadn't been included. And the song is used at a pivotal point: during a montage showing the married Milwaukee-area singers, known as Lightning & Thunder, rising to prominence.
Jackman and Hudson have also belted the song in rowdy bar appearances, because it's so good...so good, so good.

Director Craig Brewer told USA TODAY that he had to cut the Diamond classic "America" song, which was filmed as part of the film's final concert. It was one of his hardest decisions.
"The most difficult thing for me was that I had Neil Diamond's whole catalog," Brewer said. "That was so hard. To this day, I can't believe 'You Don't Bring Me Flowers" is not in this movie. We didn't have the room."
Brewer promised the filmed version of "America" would be on the home release. We're waiting!
