Olivia Plath is speaking out about women's reproductive healthcare choices.
The Welcome to Plathvillestar, 28, shared in a recent Instagram video that she has had two abortions using mifepristone, amid debates over nationwide access to the drug. Mifepristone, according to the Mayo Clinic, is used with misoprostol to terminate pregnancies.
"This is probably also a good time to mention something that I've not talked about a lot publicly, but I've actually had two abortions, and for each of those I took mifepristone,” Olivia said in the May 21 video.

The wedding photographer acknowledged that past generations didn’t have access to the same female reproductive healthcare options that she did.
"My mom didn't have the support I have to decide whether or not she wanted to be a parent or to have any kids. She was from a different generation and she lived in a pretty religious, controlling world. I knew from the time I was a child that my mom had more kids than she wanted or felt that she was able to take care of. And it showed,” Olivia said.
“I’m really thankful for therapy now, and I always told myself I was never going to repeat that life. I'm so thankful that I had the options that she didn't,” she said, adding that “every woman deserves that.”

“Having an abortion is a decision I've never regretted, truly. I knew I was not ready to be a parent. I never should have kids with that person. Every woman deserves that support and that autonomy over her own body,” Olivia said.
She ended her message by encouraging her followers to attend My Body My Festival in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, May 28. The event is a music festival that donates its proceeds to the DC Abortion Fund.
A federal appeals court ruled on May 1 to halt telehealth access to mifepristone nationwide. The Supreme Court delayed the ruling until May 14, when it was blocked, per NPR.

Olivia announced her exit from the reality show in September 2025, stating that she “worked hard to get out of my contract.”
“I have not only endeavored to distance myself from hate, bullying, but also reported harmful behavior, and tried to stand up for what is right. It sickens me to see violence, hatred, and dysfunction presented as entertainment,” she wrote at the time.
