Pattie Boyd says she once grew so upset at a woman hitting on her then-husband Eric Clapton that she threw a drink on her.
The model and photographer, 82, spoke briefly about her relationships with Clapton and The Beatles' George Harrison on a recent episode of the podcast Miss O’Dell: Abbey Road To Tulsa Time, hosted by Chris O’Dell.
"There were a lot of girls who would definitely [go] after whoever our husband was at the time," Boyd said. "Definitely."

She continued: "It was very difficult. Very difficult to deal with. In a nice-ish way, you know.... I remember once somebody was chatting up Eric and I was so furious, I threw a vodka and tonic at her all over her."
"This was in Australia," she added. "News didn't travel then, obviously... She was coming onto Eric, and it was just really pissing me off."

Boyd recently reunited — at least from the audience — with her ex-husband Clapton, now 81, when she attended one of his concerts in England.
She took to Instagram to share a glimpse of the moment, adding the caption, “Fabulous to see Eric in the relatively intimate G-Live venue in Guildford on Monday evening,” alongside a photo of Clapton onstage with his guitar.
“Great to hear ‘Old Love,' ‘Layla' and ‘Wonderful Tonight' (amongst others) live again," she added in the caption.
Boyd and Clapton's relationship was the subject of tabloid fodder, as they met while she was married to Harrison — his close friend.
She and Harrison married in 1966, but their relationship eventually came to an end, and their divorce was finalized in 1977.
Clapton, meanwhile, had secretly fallen for Boyd years earlier, which led to a complicated dynamic that would later become the stuff of rock legend, with Clapton even penning songs about her. (Love letters written around the time of their love triangle, meanwhile, sold in a 2024 auction.)
After Boyd's split from Harrison, she and Clapton married in 1979, and the two divorced in 1989. Boyd has been married to property developer Rod Weston since 2015.
