It's safe to say Taylor Swift's crew was not prepared for the generous bonuses she dished out for all of their hard work during the Eras Tour.

The "Lover" singer can be seen getting all the preparations for "bonus day" in place with her mom, Andrea Swift, in the second episode of her new Disney+ docuseries, The End of an Era.

During the celebrations, Swift showcases her collection of bagged, handwritten letters for each member of her team, from her dancers to her production team and beyond. She also highlights the golden wax seal affixed to the back of each envelope, before admitting that the well-intentioned design nearly sparked a visit from the local fire department.

Swift personally distributes the letters to her backup dancers in a later clip, thanking them for everything they bring to the tour before asking one of them, Kameron Saunders, to read the note aloud. The dancers look visibly shocked upon opening their letters, with some cheering and others standing quietly, taking it all in.

Additional footage shows a group of Swift's dancers all hugging afterward, with one of them pausing to take a puff from their inhaler.

They weren't the only one who had a physical reaction to Swift's generosity. In a separate clip, a member of the production team can be seen woozily leaning against a table after seeing the lump sum, noting that he feels like he's going to pass out.

Swift gave out over $197 million in bonuses to everyone who worked on the Eras Tour — truck drivers, lighting and sound techs, caterers, security, production staff and assistants, band members, choreographers, dancers, and more — over the course of its almost two-year trek around the world, PEOPLE reported. She began the tradition by giving out $55 million in bonuses after wrapping the first North American leg of the tour in August 2023.

Swift and her team performed 149 shows on the Eras Tour, which ran from March 2023 until December 2024. After she took her final bow, Swift's production company, Taylor Swift Touring, confirmed to The New York Times that the tour sold more than $2 billion in tickets, doubling the gross sales of any other concert tour in history.

Fans are given a backstage pass to the Eras Tour in The End of an Era, with the first two episodes following Swift as she plays two nights at London's Wembley Arena. Along the way, she is joined by special guest Ed Sheeran and Florence + the Machine singer Florence Welch.

Swift's then-boyfriend, now-fiancé, Travis Kelce, also pops up in the docuseries in several phone calls with Swift while she's in the car before and after her London shows.

The first two episodes of The End of an Era are streaming now on Disney+.
